Encom Energy Ltd recently installed Solar panels and a 10Kw battery at our home.

They talk a good game but once up and running there’s not much in the way of customer service when things go wrong. I’m hoping for some reassurance from the electrician but so far I’ve only had vague and unconvincing reassurances from the salesman. I’m still suffering random shutdowns of my inverter for 14 hours at a time with no clear explanation of what could be causing it.

Overall great experience from the team making the appointment for Neil to call and take me through the process. Looked at my needs and offered a few different options with the choice of adding extra panels on the day of installation. Install was painless and the guys did a fantastic job. Connection to the grid install was just as simple and the finished job was clean and straightforward. The guys gave me an overview of the system, how it worked and the app approval and download along with connection to my internet service. Couldn't fault anything with the overall experience.

Excellent service, I have to say very tidy work, living in a new build with decorative bricks I was concerned how cable would be run externally. My equipment has been installed very tidily in the loft. Would recommend these guys.
