Submitted an enquiry with Encom and was very quickly contacted by Neill who, the next day submitted a quote based on the info I had given him but subject to a house inspection. The aesthetics of an installation was important and Neill, with the approval of a previous customer showed me one of their installations with the same panels on the same roof tiles as mine. We subsequently agreed on a 2 roof, 14 panel installation with a 10kw battery. They initially quoted a 2-3 week lead time but subsequently offered me a slot the following week due to a postponed job. They were in and out in one day only returning the following day for an hour to tweak the system. The electricians and roofers were excellent making sure that everything was in the most appropriate place and not just the most convenient for them. They were not taking any shortcuts leaving the place as good as they found it. It was obvious the customer was paramount. I could not recommend Encom enough. The system is amazing. We have used 32p worth of electric in the past 2 weeks. (Not sure but I think we put the washing machine and tumble dryer on at the same time. Enquiries are continuing 🤦‍♂️🥴)

From start to finish encom were excellent. The info from the sales team was detailed and used tools I'd not seen from other companies. And they were great in accommodating out timeliness. They took extra time and effort to ensure cabling was hidden away behind stud walls. The main installation was done in a day (just took about an hour on the second to finish off). So far it's been an excellent experience.
