This mechanic was a and e mobile mechanic.
He assured me my overheating issue was fixed and car safe to drive.
The next day my car overheated on M25 leaving me and family in dangerous situation.
No refund.

Wonderful service!
We were on holiday in Lowestoft when my brother's car decided it didn't want to work. We thought it was the battery but found out it was the alternator. They were very competitively priced. We were pleased to be able to get my brother's car home to Essex.
The man on the phone went above and beyond. I was in a bad location for signal, we could hardly hear eachother so he asked if i was on whatsapp, I am so we messaged each other that way to get everything arranged.

Your driver might have been delayed because of an accident, but we we're so grateful to see him, we were in contact all the time and they were so helpful. The recovery driver definitely went above & beyond.
I will recommend them everytime. I've saved their phone number. I will certainly give their number to friends & family.
It took 7 hours from the 1st call, but we're all so grateful!
