Due to DHL incompetence I can only give 1 Star. Told a complete pack of lies by DHL staff. Not to be trusted at all!

I ordered a size 6 having measured myself carefully as described but when the coat arrived it was very tight under the armpits so I sent it back to be exchanged with a 10, which is fine. The exchange was very quick and cost me £5. I think the website overstresses that the sizing is roomy as it isn't in my experience; I normally take an 8 or 10.
The coat itself is very well made, thick and warm.

"Poor communication."

The leather strap on my coat has snapped (others look like they may go soon too) so the quality of the fasteners is poor. Coat has been returned 2 weeks ago and since then the communication has been rubbish. I have sent several e mails and received one reply. Two phone calls and I have only just found out they do not have a replacement coat in my size. The company needs to have a complete overhaul on their customer relations. Very poor. Very disappointing.
