I made a one off payment for their services and never ticked or checked any boxes at all Just paid my one off payment. Two months later I see a pending payment of £19.85 in my bank account? It is also marked down as a reoccurring payment!? This company has taken the original payment that I made and paid in full for and then took another £39.70 from my bank account without my consent. That is plain and simply theft! I paid in full for the service I used. and never at any point entered into nor signed up for a subscription or reoccurring payment. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Avoid like the plague unless you want money stolen from you.
In answer to your reply. I paid for the service I used in full! I never entered into any trail period or any subscription. Neither did all the other people on here that you have stolen money from. I am reporting you to both Martin Lewis and trading standards. I want my £39.70 refunding in full!

They charged me with 3$ for a cv my young cousin did , then they charged me with monthly subscription 19.85$ two times i noticed and contacted them then they charged me one more time with 19.85 while i am contacting them and told me they will refund this one 😂 i will report widely

Do not use this company.
I purchased a CV for around £3 and I did not sign up to a monthly subscription as I do not need one. £19.58 was taken from my account without my consent. I attempted to call several times to cancel but they said my account was not recognised even though I was entering the number on the resume.
I regret not checking the reviews prior to purchasing as this is clearly an attempt to scam people.
I do not expect a generic, copy and paste response like you have given everyone else. I expect a full refund of the £19.58 that was taken from me. If not, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank immediately.
