Do not pay the ‘one off price’ to access your CV unless you want to be met with monthly charges of £16.95 per month. I spoke to a lovely lady at the customer service team who helped me cancel my account, yet I had received NO email of ever having made this account in the first place, let alone having made a purchase through it. I have had my bank block this company as I believe it is untrustworthy.

If i could give -0000000000 review i would. Its a fraudulent service. You want to make a CV or update your CV because your trying to find a job and do better for yourself and yet these mofos charge you £22 for it. Why on earth would anyone need to pay to make a CV, only thing youve offered is a template, some colours and some professional sentences. They fail to make it clear or even mention that they charge you £19.95 a month. Ontop of that, they only mention that you have to pay £1.95 for the CV youve created right at the end. My advice to them, if they want loyal customers or customers in general, is to mention before hand that they will be charged 1.95 before making the CV. Because im pretty sure alot of people will say F that i can do it for free. Also to ask people if they want to subscribe. Sorry but who the hell would subscribe to a service where you can update or make CVs, no wonder they scam. Report their silly behaviour !! I made a complaint to them and they only refunded me £9. UGHGDJDKXJ
