Had 5 windows and a door fitted.
We were assessed a few months ago and placed an order, the salesman was helpful and honest and went well above and beyond! We required planning, which sureseal helped as much as they were able to. The fitters were really good, the job took longer due to some insulation work done in the previous year on a gov grant which was a complete botch job. This made it far more difficult for the sureseal guys, and too longer. But they worked hard and did a genuinely incredible job. We’re so pleased with the results. 100% worth it.

Amazing service, quality windows and excellent installation

Windows were fitted very quickly and professionally. Lovely finish. Some extra building work was done to lower height of window and block a window up but this was all accommodated within the service. Very helpful.

From the first visit through to measuring, delivery and installation we cannot recommend them enough. We were offered relevant information without any pressure. The delivery time was good considering the Christmas break was in the middle. Mal and James installed 8 windows over 2 days. They worked without a break and there was no damage or mess. They even matched the cement to our existing stonework. That attention to detail tells me how that they really know their stuff. Thank you to the whole team at Sureseal Windows.

Really pleased with the quality of my new windows and front door! The fitter, James, was excellent and explained things at various stages - from removal of old windows, to fitting new. Steve the engineer also visited to complete the finishing touches and he was equally as good and methodical. Excellent service from Sureseal! Would highly recommend.

The sales, surveyor and fitter Alan all very polite and helpful, Alan did an excellent job installing my door and windows very efficient, friendly and for a company in Wales to travel as far as Basingstoke, doing an excellent job I would recommend them.
