"Serviço péssimo"

Serviço péssimo. A senhora brasileira que está a atender não sabe absolutamente nada do assunto. Das duas vezes que fui à loja do Arco do Cego teve que ligar ao colega, e uma delas até teve de me passar o telefone porque nem a mensagem me sabia transmitir.
Comprei uma máquina que veio avariada, não se disponibilizaram sequer a enviar para a garantia, apenas alegaram que "iria ser analisada pelos técnicos da loja".

Terrible experience. Watch out for with this shop. Bought a vaporizer in a promotion and a liquid, it arrives 2 days after with no problem, but it didnt work. Contact the support online on the website and inform me that the vaporizer is supposed to have a battery that costs 10 euros more. They should inform you before about it, and suggest when you finish buying the product, and you could choose another vaporizer or the battery. And don't pay twice the sending tax. After asking for a return of the product this shop does not accept to return any product that is open. The 15 days policy of online shopping is not applied they say, because is tobacco. But I never used the vaporizer or the deposit, or there is any tobacco substance on the vaporizer or the liquid...even so, they don't accept. They consider being above UE law. Terrible experience.

After having some advanced kits from other company, I took it back and ordered an EGO-C kit from Joytech trough 2smok.

The difference is abysmal for better, and the support at 2smok was spotless. Shipped on the order day, received less than 24 hours latter.

Always available trough phone, just don't use the online form but rather direct email
