Had full house fit in November, french doors started getting stiff and hard to close in August. Emailed and within 24hours, appointment was made and Craig was in my house fixing them. Quick to fix and noticed my front door had slipped to so fixed that while he was here (I didn't even notice) Excellent, efficient service, Craig was really polite and explained what was what and fixed it no problem. Really pleased, highly reccommend

The sales person was very polite and helpful. We were shown pictures of what our door would look like when fitted. We were able to change our minds about glass and the sales person patient about all the changes we asked for. Rich the fitter was brilliant! So fantastic with my elderly Mum.
