"No product, No help, avoid this company"

This company is truly the worst customer service experience of my life. I have paid for an item, which I have been waiting for over a month to receive. The agent Yann, has been extremely rude, argued with me, called me names and said I was lying. They then continued to ignore all my questions, and just said, 'you have to wait'. I was emailed by the shipping company they used, who then told me Hattila did not pay them, even though I had paid for shipping, and when I went through Hattila to file my claim, they did not send it in time, so the shipper has denied it. Now I have paid for a very expensive item that I have not received and the company seems to have no interest in resolving this issue.
Truly a terrible, costly experience. Make sure to never shop with them.

"French Conmen dropshippers"

Conmen, Typical arrogant French dropshippers. Not even a real store just people selling on behalf of other companies and rippin you off. In big bold letters with red Banner it states "Hattila ships worldwide, including to your country (United Kingdom). VAT and shipping costs will automatically adjust according to your delivery address " it specifically says I have been charged vat, then i am lumped with a bill for £64 vat at customs. Ask them to sort it and was told my fault for brexit. told me he would sue me through international courts if a left bad review hahaha. Card company now sorting on my behalf. Please do not buy from them read the other reviews, and not just the fake 5 star ones. This was their reply to me saying I was leaving reviews and reporting them.

2 mois d'attente et le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé (alors qu'elle était sensé arrivé 2 semaines apres la date de commande), Suite à un probleme de livraison (Après avoir attendu 2 mois pour le premier envoie) le colis était apparament en retour expediteur il y'a 2 semaines. Pas de nouvelles depuis. Le site étant régulièrement sous "erreur fatale" je ne peut pas non plus contacter le support maintenant.
Edit: Le packet est finalement arrivé. le tout semble bien fonctionner donc un plus pour l'eval.

Dans l'ensemble les produits sont par rapport aux autres vendeurs moins cher, la qualité est aussi au rendez vous, peu mieux faire sur les frais de transport pour les petites commandes, exemple: des traits pour arbalète vlad au bon prix de 12,90€ les 10 mais avec 4,44€ de frais de transport elle deviennent très cher.
