We were recommended Morgan Clark and Pino Musso by a relative after my girlfriend and I had a house fire. Although Pino couldn't represent us as our Loss Assessor because of certain things that weren't within his remit, he helped us tremendously in an advisory capacity. It was a relief to have an agent to deal with my claim on my behalf. Being flooded out of my house for ten months was an ordeal and, never having needed to pursue an insurance claim before, the advice of an intermediary was of great assistance. I would have liked more contact with my assessor himself, but his PA was very helpful and my questions were answered promptly.

When our house got flooded October 2023 following the storms. I was advised to get Loss Adjustor to act on our behalf when dealing with the insurance claim. It was the best advice I’ve ever received.
I contacted Morgan Clark and they were so responsive from the beginning. They came out to see us shortly after the flood, gathered all details and information. From there they dealt with the insurance company and the full claim until settlement and completion of building repairs.
The companies they employed from surveyors, building company, contents removal, itemisation and drying company were all very professional, efficient and worked to the highest standards.
We were kept informed through every stage of the process, with regular emails and. Progress visits to the property.
Morgan Clark took away all the stress of having to make a claim through the insurance company.
