Firstly, I tried to name my beneficiary but filling in the form online was difficult as the boxes were off the screen so we had to scan our paper copy afterwards. When eventually we received communication my husband's name was spelt wrong

Terrible, I have lost all details of my pension and no one can help me with accessing my info or changing my address or details or even finding out how much is in my pension! Awful

I’ve no idea never had to contact this company yet? It’s just mandatory to have a work place pension and I’m not near age of retirement so until I retire I can’t leave a fair review!

But now I’ve looked into the scheme my old pension provider was earning me more money per annum, a difference of £150. Same contributions from employer and myself , may have to revert to old provider.
