Everything was good except the amount of time it took from when you said it was shipped to the point that the Post Office said they received it. They explained it that your software said it was shipped but they had not picked it up yet. Should not have taken 5 days to get to me.

"The ECMS "Free Shipping", Communication & Customer Service Rating"
The products offered by ECMS are very definitely of good quality and reasonably priced; However, the "Free Shipping" offered by ECMS is deplorable and their communication and customer service skills are even worse. My past orders were all smaller ones, so I paid for the shipping. These orders were promptly shipped out to me and received within days. Since ECMS offers free shipping on orders over $200.00, I elected to consolidate my orders and try to save some money on shipping. HUGE mistake on my part. My order was placed on Wednesday. The following MONDAY--(and despite notification that my order had shipped)--the order still hadn't shipped. It was still in "Pre-Shipment". It hadn't left ECMS and made it to the Post Office!! Phone messages and email inquiries went unanswered. It was only after I said that I would cancel my order that I received any replies. They made no effort to expedite my order--I was told that it would be shipped in the usual fashion. The customer service rep with whom I spoke acted like it really didn't matter. I received a flimsy apology and a B.S. explanation, but no offer to make their mistake right and keep my business. I ended up buying the items needed locally and paying far more for them, in order to get enough to carry me until I could find someone else to order from. I'm thoroughly disappointed in ECMS. I've given them good ratings in the past, because (except for one other occasion) everything went smoothly. The "one other occasion" also involved poor communication. It was only after a negative Trustpilot review that ECMS contacted me and made it right. This is ECMS's second (and last) strike with me. They're OUT!!

"Past orders were better than this one."
I’ve orders with them before and the items shipped were processed and sent out very promptly. In turn resulted in myself receiving them promptly. This past purchase though, not the same as last time. It took about 3 days for the order to be processed and setup for shipping, than another week to receive the item, which the delivery date changed 3 times. Not sure what happened but it really set me back with my needs for the product.
