I'm sure this won't be shared, and the business will have a chance to preventing it from showing in the reviews.. Just like post moderation for a blog.
Regardless, I've been a 5 star happy customer for years, that is, until I paid for overnight shipping, and I got a fraction of my order, along with a note, stating that the remainder of the order would be in next week. Well, next week passed. I called, emailed, No one was helpful. No one got back to me. I guess that no one wanted to help.
Giving you guys a chance to un-screw your past situation. by Sending yet another order your way. I This is anything like the last, I will start a personal campaign to ensure that every customer is aware of other businesses where they can get their supplies for much cheaper - same stuff. I don't want anything special. Just my order, or a refund. Not a hand written note stating that I will get it in 1 week - well... I already paid for overnighting.. and many weeks passed. Huge bummer, but we are just getting started.
Lastly, I hope this is the last time I have to spend any of my time on a negative activity. I paid hard earned money, I deserve accountability, and the products I ordered, or their refunded equivalent.
#2. Fast Response and Fast Secondary order shipped. I appreciate you guys getting back to me so fast, as well as shipping this order out so fast. I guess that It's not imperative to understand what happened to the original order. And I've worked with you guys for a while, and never had an issue. Still surprised that reordering is the only way I can get your attention. I'm sure you guys will fix it, and I will fix my review, accordingly.
