"Fantastic company"

Fantastic company. Lorna co-ordinated the design and refit of my old kitchen. The whole experience was wonderful. Her knowledge and understanding are exemplary. She guided me through the whole process with ease. The products are excellent, good quality and stylish. My kitchen is now practical and beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

"Superb service"

From entering the showroom in Solihull to the final screw being tightened the service from the team has been superb. Nick in the showroom listened to our inputs as he designed our kitchen and utility room. Ian the installation manager kept us informed throughout and worked seamlessly with the building contractor. Ash the kitchen fitter installed everything beautifully and dealt with any concerns immediately. They have all been a joy to work with. All of them very much customer focused and professional throughout.
Very happy with the quality and the service.

A bit late, sorry but Sanj in the Birmingham branch helped me with 2 bathrooms & the end result is fantastic. Thank you Sanj. We got there. I would definitely recommend.

"Wow amazed at the person who has left a…"

Wow amazed at the person who has left a review... in November from August! I've personally found the staff here nothing but helpful and professional.. even though I've changed my mind a million times they came up with a great kitchen concept that I loved!
I suggest "cokes" that you find something better to do with your time than come back after 3 months to have a moan! And maybe I suggest you go to shops when they are open and not closing for the day, surely the hardworking staff have a right to go home and be with thier families instead of spending time with self entitled people like yourself!

"Don't waste your time..."

Went into the Solihull branch on 25th Aug and were told to come back later as they were closing for the day (economic downturn? tough business environment? customer friendliness? - we don't care!). Went in on the day we were asked to return & there was only one person holding the fort as others were on leave. The sales person didn't even bother to offer us a chair to sit nor did he welcome us in (made to feel as if we were disturbing his day by walking in). At every step of these two interactions we felt they were not interested in serving customers nor showing them around. Inspite of leaving the drawings & requirements nobody bothered to even follow up with us after our visits or provide a quote. Needless to say, we weren't going to waste our time on businesses that cannot bother to treat their customers with respect & took our custom else where...hope the owners spend more on training their staff to treat customers with respect and be more business friendly!

"Lorna at Culina-Balneo in Malvern…"

Lorna at Culina-Balneo in Malvern helped design our kitchen, and we are very pleased with the result. She was enormously knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right design with all the crucial details. Our Hacker kitchen is so much more practical and easier to use. We love the self closing doors, everything we need is to hand, the lovely drawers mean we don’t have to stoop to find things. We also love the decor - very gentle light blue and sparkling white counters, it feels like a calming environment. Thanks Lorna!

I purchased a Hacker kitchen from Lorna at the Malvern branch, the service has been exceptional. The price was right. The kitchen and service I received has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lorna and Culina Balneo.

"We have a superb new bathroom"

We have a superb new bathroom thanks to Culina-Balneo, Birmingham. Sanj, the adviser/ bathroom designer, took great care to discuss exactly what we wanted, came up with suitable options and then designed a fantastic bathroom to meet our wishes. Nothing was too much trouble. He was a pleasure to deal with. He tracked down and ordered all the items ( some of which were unusual eg a walk-in bath) and all were delivered on time for our plumber to fit. Thank you

"Culina & Balneo Bordesley Green Birmingham"

Culina & Balneo Bordesley Green Birmingham supplied and fitted a kitchen to my new build property. There are several outstanding issues which are still to be resolved, some of which are the electric oven is damaged in 3 places, which was obviously done either before, during or after fitting. Another issue is the failure to install vents in the plinth below the fridge/freezer and oven, resulting in a fire hazard. The Showroom Manager is refusing to take any responsibility for the issues and is now refusing to reply to my emails. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company and if I could, I would have given them a no star rating.

It's ironic that you have only resumed communications with me following my Trustpilot review.
You emailed me on 8.9.22 asking me to contact you, which I did via email. You responded on 9.9.22 with the comments that you are still not prepared to correct the number of outstanding snagging issues sent to both yourselves and the developer unless the developer agrees to foot the bill. Why should the developer have to pay to correct your shoddy workmanship? Yes, my agreement is with the developer and your agreement is with the developer too. However, it seems that you are refusing to communicate with them, hence having to resort to contacting you directly myself. As for your version of having conducted a snagging exercise, I too conducted my own snagging exercise, which I have every right to do and I even appointed a professional snagging company to compile a snagging report. They too confirmed the same kitchen related snagging issues. Surely, if you had carried out a thorough professional snagging exercise, you would have picked up on the missing grills in the plinth. In your email of 9.9.22, you did agree to rectify the missing grills in the plinths below the oven and fridge freezer, which has been highlighted as a potential fire hazard. It's now the 29th September and I'm still waiting!
