A great service and prompt delivery. Karl was very patient with my indecisiveness. I found it difficult trying to organise two bathrooms but Karl couldn’t have been more helpful and made everything so much easier.

Our plumber recommended Kim at the Malvern branch to help us with the 3 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom we were planning to replace. The customer service we received from start to finish was fantastic. Kim was wise with her advice at a time when supply chain timescales can be challenging; every single item we ordered arrived on time. She was responsive to our requirements and knew her products inside out, patient with my occasional indecision, doublechecked everything with the plumbers, was always available when needed for a quick query, and as you can guess, I would not hesitate to recommend Kim to help you with your purchases. Culina+Balneo - you are lucky to have her!

"Kim at the Malvern showroom"

Needing to design and purchase a number of shower rooms for our new house, we visited various bathroom showrooms in Malvern/Cheltenham. We met Kim at the Malvern Culina Balneo showroom and got the feeling that she would be able to provide us with the right level of support in terms of sticking to our budget and helping to design each room.

So we decided to go ahead with Kim and I'm very pleased with the results; we now have all the rooms completed and ready to order. She has a huge amount of knowledge at her fingertips and her design experience has meant that the resulting rooms are much better than we would have managed on our own.

She also put us in touch with 'Tilestyle' (Birmigham) where we have selected some lovely tiles.

Kim's been great to work with and has been professional and very reliable throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Having shopped around at numerous places for a kitchen, we ended up in Culina+Balneo. Stuart designed our kitchen and provided plenty of ideas and suggestions for optimising our new space. Once we confirmed the design, Ian the installation manager came out and double checked everything. He oversaw the whole installation process. The kitchen was installed by Ash which again was completed to a very high standard. The whole process from design, ordering and installation was smooth and well organised. What a great team! Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Ash so very much for his help and advice the other day which saved me the hassle and expense of having to call out a plumber because I could sort out the issue myself after he explained to me how to fix an apparently broken and leaking pipe under a kitchen sink. I went in with a picture of the problem and asked if I could please buy some new pipes to replace the ones which looked broken and he explained that I didn’t need to buy anything, nor did I need a plumber as I could simply push the two pipes together and tighten the join. He also said that he thought the issue might be that the washer had fallen down the pipe so I should see if I could fish it out. His explanation was really simple and straightforward and I did it all myself. Thank you so much Ash for taking the trouble to help me so effectively.

Our kitchen is now installed and looking beautiful it’s a pleasure to cook now (and I am not a willing cook)
Nick designed it for us , Henrique, installed and Ian brought it all together.
