They definitely have good deals and we were thrilled to order a new board, boots, jacket, and snow pants for our son this Christmas through Erik's webiste. I bought a 2016 the works stumpjumper for my husband. Bike arrived promptly but needed repairs before even usable. I went ahead with repairs. Called customer service and was advised to send them repair costs and was refunded for this. I am very pleased with both bike and prompt refund for repairs. Thank you. Will definitely recommend. My husband absolutely loves bike. No problems since repairs done.
