We are delighted with the service we have received from Motofix Northampton. All of the Motofix team I have spoken with have been polite and friendly.
Because of the size of our motor home it was necessary to move it from our parking in Buckinghamshire to Northampton for the repair.
Motofix arranged both collection and return. Both were carried-out promptly with the repair and return on time as promised.
The repair is excellent. 'Fit and Finish' are as new. The metallic paint match is again excellent. Indeed the repair and repaint cannot be detected.
I would not hesitate to use Motofix again should we ever need repairs to one of our vehicles.
In a 'nut shell' then, Motofix, 'Simply Fist Class'.

They kept in contact so the comms were okay, the repair looked fine. The main issue for me was the number of muddy footprints and hand prints internally in the car. It was pretty bad, especially the mats and the driver side door. Really bad state.
The guy who dropped it back did put a new battery in my key so I appreciate that, just cannot get over the mud
