"Absolute joke of a company"
** in response to your response**
Also giving out such information on a customer (town name etc) which is regarded and personal location data is against GDPR. I would maybe keep that in mind in future. You have just given out not only locality but also a town name on a customer which breaks GDPR rules. Very serious.
I do know my address and again have never had any issues in the years living here with this with any company or seller. Only with your company who have reviews for the same happening on different review platforms. So to blame the customer makes no sense. Again theres a 2+ week gap in which your company could have said about the address issue from first contacting hermes. Im assuming hermes told you this first time round with it being such a great issue. So 2+ weeks passed and nobody could reply to tell me this? Until yesterday. I can’t deal with hermes only the merchant so as the customer expect to be kept upto date with any response and issue. If hermes took 2 weeks to tell you this (which im assuming they told you when you first contacted them on my behalf due to it being sich a big issue) then the company could have responded to let me know there was an issue as big as this. Again when you put the postcode in with the door number it generates the street name, locality and town. This would have been easy resolved. Your reviews show that you lack with deliveries, responding and customer service and again all people need to do is look to see this. Its not only me. I gave your company over a month to resolve this and the customer service has been awful. You cant expect customers to just wait forever for good or refunds like reviews state you do.
The address was put in the way its put in any website and i have never had this issue. It has taken your company over 1 months to tell me there was an issue with the address? So that couldn’t have been done in the weeks leading up to this that i had emailed about. Reading your facebook reviews its not only me its happened too so i would advise people to check on there too. You had ample time to tell me that there was an issue with the address (you apparently first contacted hermes on 14/03 according to my responses by Liam) so it has taken you until yesterday to tell me the address issue? Easier to blame the customer who has gave you money, ordered goods, recieved no goods or refund and has been patient enough than admit theres an issue. Again this address is always put in like this and no other company nor hermes has ever had an issue with this before. Infact i had a parcel delievered today without “greenhills” on it so wonder why that manage to get through hermes and get delivered. Your response shows the customer service and i hope people stay clear after reading facebook and trust pilot reviews. I wont hold my breathe for a refund. Also the complete address would have been given if asked for before yesterday. Its your companies lack of replying that has held it up if that was the case. Upon checking this in my email from the first confirmation the postcode was also giving. This would flag up the full address when putting it in the scanner (my partner actually works for the company) so there would be no need for the “greenhills” part. Most companies require only the number and postcode. So any excuse really from you or hermes. Also the town name is not Greenhills like you have said google, royal mail etc have stated. So that information is incorrect.
Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is awful. Ordered a pair of trousers over a month ago. Had to chase numerous times due to the tracking saying it was at hermes depot (not even at my local depot) and got told they will be delivered today or they will contact hermes. I chased and chased to finally get a response a month later and they are claiming it was an address issue. The address and postcode are correct, Hermes deliver to me nearly daily with parcels, the tracking clearly shows that it never left hermes main depot and now im being refused a refund until they recieve their goods back when i never had the good in the first place. So its ok for me to be out of pocket for over a month until they resolve it with the delivery company but they refuse to be out of pocket. Absoloutly shocking customer service. Never ever again. Have ordered elsewhere and have since recieved two seperate orders of the same trousers delivered by hermes with no issues. Over a month and still no goods or refund. I would stay clear of them.

"Fantastic service"
Fantastic service, and fantastic communication, especially from Liam, who didn't hesitate to resend me some snickers shorts when they wasn't in my order that had looked like the bag had been tampered with. I will be purchasing all my workwear from workwear nation from now on, and advising people I know to do the same.
