Ordered hi-vis hoodies 2 months ago and still not arrived. Only time I receive an email from them is when they reply to me chasing them up. Should’ve learned a lesson but I Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a hi-vis tool vest that they said they dispatched last week and that hasnt arrived either. Once/if I receive my orders it will definitely be the last

Well after a week of waiting for my new boots to arrive, they still haven’t come, when I go on the site it says they have been shipped and when I go to my Hermes to track my boots it says there expecting them, but don’t actually have them yet, and it has stayed the same since I purchased them

Only giving 1 star as can not give zero, avoid at all costs, I’m £80 out of pocket as ordered boots in a size 10, they arrived a size 8 in a size 10 box, not a massive deal easily sent back and exchanged, or so I thought, sent them back to only be informed when they were received that no exchange would be given, being accused of wearing them which is impossible since they were 2 sizes too small and could not fit them on feet, as they were in the wrong box they have obviously been returned etc previously by another customer, but despite all tags still being on I’m basically being called a liar and won’t exchange for the correct size I ordered, so yeah £80.00 lost, please don’t give this company your money, I’m going to trading standards.

Thanks for your reply, of course they were tried on that’s how we discovered they were the incorrect size, his foot would not quite fit in properly, only one boot was tried and placed straight back in the box so of course the bottom of the boots were not inspected and an email was sent straight after informing of the mistake, just because they came from a warehouse and not direct from your store does not mean that they had not been worn or tried on previously, they had to have ended up in the wrong box somehow, there could be a number of reasons for this, returned previously or even a staff member trying them on, to immediately accuse the customer is not good business practice, I have bought from you before with no problems what so ever which is why I returned this time, no matter what you state or accuse I have still paid £80 for an item that I have not received as the item tried on for a few seconds was not what I ordered, no point in arguing about it on here, the review was to make other customers aware of my personal experience with the company, which was not pleasant and very upsetting. And sending me the wrong size back to me again free of charge is not doing me a favour at all, I’m still going to be stuck with them and not be able to use them, at the end of the day the correct item should have been sent in the first place. If they were inspected before being sent out I’m sure they would have realised they were the wrong size, if I was to send them back worn (not tried on) which I wouldn’t and didn’t but if I was to I would have been smart enough to wipe off any marks.
