Called many places and where way to pushey. Nelson was great. Listened to me and he explained everything to me. I said I’ll talk to my wife and call you back in a couple of days. He said that is fine and the rest is history.

I was told when I purchased my spinnaker resort that they would be able to sell my other condos so I would only have one payment and one timeshare.
It was all a scam all the timeshare resale companies are such a scam.
Now I am having to make a monthly payment plus maintenance fees for the new condo and my other 3. Plus out all the additional money to have my condos listed to sell.

Vivian is a very personable person, walking us seamlessly through our initial Timeshares Only signup. She provided clear answers to any of our questions we had at that time. She also provided us with her personal company contact information should we have additional questions.

At this stage, we are waiting to see how successful we are / will be in advertising our time share.

The original listing sent for approval was incomplete. It did not list a Unit #, information about size of unit or amenities, and most importantly a price.
I called customer service and updated the listing. Sylvia did a wonderful job and we completed the review process and I sent proof of ownership.

Customer service rep can’t be reached and come to find out, our timeshare can’t be sold and nobody looked into this. Just took our money and no due diligence on their part.
