I had a response to my emails within several hours after each one. They were courteous and polite And assisted me as I needed. Stefan was great he sent me instructions on how to get into my account, fill in my ownership of the account: and even changed the email address .

I recently contacted Macecraft to register the latest version of JV16 PowerTools. I purchased this software 15+ years ago. I wasn't sure that they'd honor my lifetime registration, and wouldn't have been too upset if they didn't given the length of time and all the updates since I last used their software. However to my surprise, they allowed me to register the software thus gaining full functionality, and also helped me to update my email address! I'm very pleased to again be using this valuable utility on my Lenovo laptop running Windows 10. Cheers!

"JV16 PowerTool solution is great!"

Their JV16 PowerTool solution is an overall good product for overseeing my Windows 10 PC. In particular, this solution has a tool called “Windows Update Fixer” which really works! I had an issue following a recent Windows update wherein Macrium could not run a full backup. Macrium ultimately asked me to do a “clean” Windows boot which would have required a long and tedious chore. I decided instead to try JV16’s “Update Fix” which resolved my issue with 15 minutes!

The best tool I ever used for PC's. I'm using it since many years and never had problems with tweaking and cleaning. The only problem I encountered was with new versions but support team was really fast and cooperative to solve my problem. I have PC's since almost 40 years now and never had a so reliable product to maintain those in perfect shapes.

I was getting "RPC Server is too Busy to Complete this Operation Error" out of the blue after recently setting up a new Windows 11 PC. No setup repair, cmd prompt commands, or even driver rollback worked (w/ reboot). Thought I would have to reinstall Windows! Decided to try Windows Update Fixer and after a reboot the problem was gone! I was so happy I bought this immediately in thankfulness. Thank you.
