Delivery was never made, and only sent a tracking link the day after the "attempted" delivery. Product was sent back to the manufacturer, according to the UPS Tracking Link. I have no product and cannot seem to find a way to get a refund.

The panels were all misshapen when I received them, I contacted the company to show them photos of the product not fitting the wall, and they have not responded yet it has been a week.

The USPS hasn't delivered the package yet -- it was supposed to be here by last night. I have ordered the tiles through Home Depot and love them and needed more. This time I thought I'd order directly through the company (12/15/23), but maybe I was wrong. You should look into UPS or some other carrier because the USPS also delayed delivery to Home Depot, and that was in the beginning of December. I think your customers would pay for prompt delivery.
