Had to call customer service as there was a problem with the courier, DPD at fault not NBS, easy to get straight onto a human to talk to which is always good. The chap sorted out the issue within minutes and all was smashing!

Very fast delivery and well packaged - box was all intact when it arrived. Product was exactly as expected and described. Loved the Jade colour and soft fabric. Easy to install the Britax Kidfix I-size car seat into my Corsa. Grandsons absolutely gave it a thumbs up - they said it felt cosy and soft. We noticed how easy it was to fasten our grandsons into the car seat and they looked really comfortable too. Not too wide so I can definitely fit 3 of these car seats in the back seat as stated. I will be buying another one to replace our other old car seats. Whole experience using site and receiving goods has been very positive and I’ll use them again.

I recently bought a pushchair from NBS.
Some pros and cons:
- Pros: really good price - the best on the market! I couldn't find a better deal
- Cons: delivery was REALLY slow. I ordered on 22 Jan. It also came in three separate deliveries (between 1 Feb and 9 Feb).

I did get an email saying there was a delay (pro) but no dates were ever shared (con). I contacted support and got some excellent help (pro) - the confirmed it would be out for delivery in the next couple of days. But it actually took 4-5 days (con).

So a bit of a mixed bag. All in all, a great price, but I just had to wait two and a half weeks. I'd still recommend them though.
