"I have been ignored for a month now"

I have been ignored for a month now, no respond to my emails whatsoever!

And it almost 6 months awayting time for my refund!

The worst exeprience ever! No company taking that long to proceed the claim!

Booking XF81446832 - ordered and CC charged.
Arrived to Schiphol airport and was told by Alamo that the car rental has been cancelled by the agent DURING MY FLIGHT. No car, no answer from Wehicle rent, no one is taking responsibility.
Stay away from such companies, so far I am not able to get my money back and Vehicle rent are ignoring my emails.

I did the reservation to this company, had to prepay her percentage, and the rest would pay at Hertz. When I went to pick up the car at Hertz, was informed me that Vehicle rent had been wrong and had not made the reservation there. Tired and full of bags I had to lose an afternoon to find another solution, I spent with taxi and the worst, the vehicle rent does not want to refund my money.

"I was very impressed overall."

I was very impressed with the friendly, professional and accurate service of the staff. The car was as described. I had a minor accident with the car but all was arranged fluently because of the extra insurance I paid for.

"Cheap deals, waiting a month for a refund after being ignored."

A very simple and easy booking system that did find me what seemed to be a very cheap deal. I paid extra to ensure that in the case of cancellation, I could get a refund.
Their customer service agents are very pleasant and polite, but as they do not have direct access to the cancellation team they can only forward on your case. I sent three emails and made 8 phonecalls over the duration of a month to finally recieve an email today acknowledging that I will receive a refund. In my personal opinion, this is far too long to leave it and I feel that maybe some alterations should be made to your customer service protocols. If people have paid for a service, and cancel their service correctly in line with your cancellation policy, they do not expect to be ignored, especially when they have sent three emails and made 8 phonecalls (at least). I have found it a huge inconvenience and have absolutely no faith ever booking with vehicle rent again. Thank you for finally sorting this but it really shouldn't have taken what will be 5 weeks to recieve a refund.

"Une arnaque.."

Une arnaque... j'ai envoyé une dizaine de mail pour tenter de me faire rembourser la réservation d'une voiture en Thaïlande...je n'ai reçu aucune réponse...et le téléphone n'en parlons pas on attend et personne ne répond. Un scandale et 300 euros en moins ! Bref je suis très mécontente.
