"Brak płatności mimo pakietu Relax"

Niestety, u mnie nastąpiła podobna sytuacja, jak w przypadku wielu innych osób piszących tu komentarze. Wykupienie pakietu relax -> stwierdzenie uszkodzenia samochodu przy zwrocie (w moim przypadku było to lotnisko w Katanii) -> pokrycie szkody ze środków własnych -> zgłoszenie roszczenia o zwrot do Vehicle Rent -> informacja o uznaniu roszczenia -> brak wypłaty, przy jednoczesnym zaniechaniu odpowiadania na maile. Po interwencji za pośrednictwem prawnika udało się wreszcie otrzymać odpowiedź z zapewnieniem o zapłacie, jednak na słowach się zakończyło. Mamy maj 2020, a ja czekam na wypłatę zgłoszoną w... październiku 2019.
Oczywiście na bazie moich doświadczeń odradzam wszystkim korzystanie z usług Vehicle Rent!

"Institutional Ghosting- Refund not Paid"

I have purchased my insurance through Vehicle Rent last year. We had a small accident and paid to Eurocar and Vehicle Rent confirmed that they will give us the refund. I have been trying to get my refund for last 10 month now and they stop answering my emails.
Even though they said:

I still want my refund and searching for legal proceedings now/

"No return on insurance- Brak zwrotu z ubezpieczenia"

W lipcu 2019 roku korzystałem z tej firmy na lotnisku w Czarnogórze. Za dwie ryski na zderzaku które pojawiły się po umyciu auta, zabrano mi z kaucji 200 euro. Nie martwiłem się ponieważ miałem wykupione ubezpieczenie gwarantujące zwrot pieniędzy w taki przypadku. Po zgłoszeniu tej sytuacji i wielu mailach nie otrzymałem zwrotu pieniędzy a firma nie odpisuje na maile od Stycznia 2020 roku. NIE POLECAM TEJ FIRMY.

In July 2019 I used this company at the airport in Montenegro. For two scratches on the bumper that appeared after washing the car, I was bailed out 200 euros. I wasn't worried because I had taken out insurance to guarantee the money back in such a case. After reporting this situation and many emails I did not receive a refund and the company does not write off the emails from January 2020. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Od lipca 2019 nie odzyskałem 266 Euro. Prawdopodobnie firma zbankrutowała. Ostrzegam wszystkich.

838 euros de perdus à cause de cette entreprise qui semble avoir fait faillite. Beaucoup de relances pendant 6 mois afin de me faire rembourser d'un accident ou je n'étais pas en tort. Début janvier j'ai enfin la confirmation d'un remboursement sous 90 jours mais aujourd'hui toujours rien et les lignes tel sont coupées. Un de leur ancien salarié nous a confirmé que l'entreprise a coulé, à la recherche d'un recours désormais....

Несколько лет подряд, 9 месяцев в год я бронировал автомобили именно через них. Это самая лучшая компания из всех что я перебрал, но ведать и для вас настала чёрная полоса, ребятушки возвращайтесь поскорей, на этом рынке без вас плохо.

"Do not use."

Had a relax package and some damage was found (scratch on the bottom of front bumper). It is a year now and still did not get money back from insurance... avoid them!

Me pasa lo mismo, me tenían que hacer un rembolso de franquicia que me cobraron un pastizal por un inapreciable arañazo en una llanta que estoy segura que ya estaba cuando lo alquilé y ni me fijé pero que la agencia de alquiler local en el aeropuerto de Catania se empeñó en cargarme, diciéndome que ya me lo devolverían estos de Vehicle rent con los que contraté el reembolso de franquicia. Lo tenía aprobado desde septiembre que envié todo pero nada, desaparecieron. He leído que están en concurso de acreedores y ya ni contestan a los correos ni la web funciona...menudos estafadores. Si sabéis dónde reclamar, por favor. Yo he encontrado un enlace de El pais(aquí no me dejan pegar enlaces)donde hablan de reclamar como a una especie de OMIC europea que se llama CEC y luego como un arbitraje que se llama ADR pero no me queda claro y si ha quebrado no hay mucho que hacer creo.

SCAMMERS - like other victims I was informed of a windscreen chip which I know 100% was not there.. and believe the company swap company number plates and have a damaged car to claim... I had insurance cover which I was informed would recredit Euro 849 within 90 days.. It has now been 130 days, I have emailed, their telephone lines are dead and no one responding so it cost me in excess of Euros 900 to hire a car with this bas***** for 2 days!!!!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

"non versato pagamento noleggio ad AUTOVIA"

Buongiorno, oggi Autovia mi ha addebitato €112,79 relativo ad un noleggio di luglio 2019 in quanto Vehicle Rent non ha versato al suddetto autonoleggio l‘importo già precedentemente pagato al broker Vehicle Rent .
A prescindere dalla disonestà di Vehicle Rent , può autovia addebitare tale importo da carta di credito senza specifica autorizzazione?
