"Best service I have ever had!"

I found this booking agent while surfing on google to find an agent to purchase tickets for my business trip in Uganda which began at the end of January. This service is great with quick support from the adviser. She is helpful and honest to me when giving some advice and discounts for my trip. After booking the flight ticket, I got the travel insurance to Uganda too because it’s kind of affordable and the benefits listed were a match to me.

However, the advisor needed to improve her English a bit because sometimes I couldn’t hear clearly, but it was not a problem because this service was perfect!!

"Terrible experience - they charged the money and have not provided the service!"

I have bought a travel insurance via the website, paid the full amount. On the next day customer support have asked to provide the address to issue insurance certificate (why is it not asked in advance before the payment?). After I provided the address nothing have happend for two days - I have tried all possible ways to contact the company via the phone and messangers during the working hours without any luck.

I have a trip in two days and this uncertainty with insurance is very disturbing. Worst experience that I have ever experienced with online travel services.
