Learning a new software is frustrating process, but when there are so knowledgeable people dedicating their time to help others learn, it is much less stressful and encouraging to continue. I hardly ever do reviews, first off. But this is an exception. At first I wasn't sure I would get the hang of Foyr because it reminded me a lot of CAD, which I never liked - too many aspects of geometry to remember while building a room. Kind of like having to think like a Xerox machine (upside down and backwards), but, I gave it a try. The first room I did took me an entire day. There were a LOT of details I added because I was so excited by all the options. Even though it took a long time, I was really proud of the results. I couldn't believe how realistic the final output was. It was incredible. The learning curve has been fairly long, but the tutorials, webinars and especially the one-on-one chat have been invaluable. There are a few things I would love to see improved, like anything else, there's always room for change. I did my first walkthrough render a few months back and it was fantastic! In fact, I had my new website developer review my site for some changes and when she saw the walkthrough she actually yelled over the phone - 'That blows my mind!' If you're wondering if you should try Foyr Neo, I have just two words for you....DO IT!

I used this software for a major kitchen remodel, and for any computer literate person it is pretty easy to use, no manual reading necessary. I did have one question about how to do one operation, and got an immediate answer from tech support.

This program has a tremendous amount of features that require a good bit of training and practice. I recommend you take several of the free training courses you get with the program, before you start working on billable client projects that you have to present in a short time period.
Their team is always willing to help, you just need to be sure to take the time to reach out for help to be proficient.

Lauren was super helpful and very patient with me throughout the demo. She answered all my questions and really made sure I understood everything before ending the session. I also needed some assistance with one my of projects and she helped me with that as well within a day or two. I was super impressed! Highly recommend Lauren as a Foyr trainer! Thanks Lauren :)

"I am not a Designer, but I love Foyr!"
I love using Foyr; I am not a designer, so learning to design was a terrifying task when I took the challenge of preparing our layout for the home we are building.
Lauren, the product expert who taught me, was helpful and kind; she made me feel like she cared. She allows you to reach out and will help whenever you need it; I found this helpful because I'm not too fond of re-explaining things to other people, whereas I usually want to stick with the person who was already helping, I find this makes it a straightforward process for me. She made a video of the session we had, which made it easy for me to refer back to and follow if I forgot how to do something. I found this EXTREMELY beneficial because I could go back to see what was done on our demo.
Great job, Lauren, but most of all, thank you for giving me the confidence to create my ideas with Foyr! She helped me so much that I now want to start booking more to learn more just because I think she is an excellent teacher.
Foyr, you are lucky to have such a fantastic employee who genuinely cares about your customer's experience. She makes it enjoyable and makes you want to come back and learn more.

Lauren not only taught me, she went above and beyond by going back into my design after our session to play and fix what we were working on that wasn't finished within our time frame.
