I am building my own residence with a builder and I am not a design professional. Still, Neo Foyr has been really useful to help me visualise my project, experiment with various textures and colours. There's a small learning curve but it is definitely worth it if you are builduing your forever home. For a non-professional, I find the subscription fee rather expensive to maintain and I had to cease my subscription when my build is almost complete. Perhaps, there is a way for the company to cater for people like us.

"Shahada is the worst! Poor customer service!"
Shahada is the worst. Her response time in between messages is around 15 minutes, then she randomly comes back and apologizes, then does the exact same thing again. It's been several days and I'm still waiting on my question to be answered. She only answered one part of my question, then closed out the conversation where I'm unable to leave a review on her poor service.
Shahada was no help at all, and I made sure to tell her that during our chat messages. I'm disappointed in the level of service. She's very nonchalant, not helpful, doesn't know anything about Foyr, doesn't follow up, and just downright doesn't offer a great customer service experience. Since I couldn't leave a review on her in the chat, I'm forced to leave it here on Trust Pilot.
I also noticed that ALL of my render credits are gone. When I reached renewal, it renewed ONLY with the credits for the new month, but not my previous credits. Shahada couldn't tell me why that happened, and said someone will get back in contact me to explain why -- that never happened.

"Bad experience!"
Bad experience!! When cancelling the software, I had to jump through hoops and being questioned on everything. Once I had a 15min waste of time appointment with them, they still didn't put in my cancellation request. They have sent me a email saying they will be taking money in a few days, even though I have cancelled with them two months ago. they really need to sort it out.

We love designing in Foyr. The new version of the software makes things a lot easier. Its a great way to show clients the 3D design concept! The community is also great and we love asking other designers advice on any projects or issues that arise. Its nice to have others comment on your designs and ideas too.
