They were very friendly & looked after our new puppy, Poppy was not stressed and came out smelling of roses. Great work!

Groomer was fine but after taking our phone number to ring us as usual there was no phone call to pick up only a 5 pound charge because we were late by half an hour picking up dog. Will not be back and Manager was totally dismissive of all our protests.

Luna has been going since she was a puppy and when first started going they had to drag her in, now she is happy to go.
The team always do a great job and I feel safe leaving her.
Unfortunately their good work only lasts a couple of hours at most before she finds some mud to enjoy 🤣
