Our dog Valerie is very nervous of the groomers, but the girls at Pets always manage to do a lovely groom. This time she looked particularly cute as they’d cut her face beautifully.

My dog has a regular appointment with Tom at Durham groom room. She receives a first class service and looks really beautiful after her bath and groom. She certainly looks up to her name, which is Bonnie.

dog still smelled horrendous even though paid extra for shampoo products and left with as much dead hair as she arrived with. when mentioned to the groomer about the hair she said it’s dead hair and we asked if we could just get rid of the rest of it she said we can brush her ourselves. i can understand maybe there was a lot of dead hair so it won’t all have gone but for her to have left there smelling terrible and we paid extra wasn’t really worth the price.
