Amazing service and the groomers are wonderful. My German Shepherd Sabre loves his time getting pampered with them. I could not be more happy with the service given by them. If I could I would give them 6 Stars but as there are only 5 then that will have to do.

Been taking my dog there for 3 years, and I have always been happy with the service. With working shifts, I book up to 16 weeks in advance. I went in today with my dog for his full groom and was told I don't have an appointment. I said I booked in here and she said you have not paid a deposit so it was canceled. 3 years and I have never paid one before. They should have taken this when I booked or told me I had to pay. Now I have to wait 8 more weeks for a cut. Bad service. They can call you to cancel at short notice but not ring about a deposit.
