"Not great"

Not great, arrived said I had an appointment, girl didn’t even speak just looked at computer without even speak or greet. Then handed me form to sign but was all very robotic.
Wouldn’t use again….. customer service skills need training!

They looked after Ziggy very well. It was his second visit and he was a little uncertain but they calmed him quickly and he looked like a little fluffy cloud when we picked him up. Thank you.

This was our first time a a professional groomers. So wasn't sure what to expect. But everyone was so helpful and friendly. Snowy appeared after, all nice and soft and felt like a puppy even though he's 9 years old. Couldn't recommend them any higher than Great . Will be returning when he need more treatments.
