"I will never use the service again"

I will never use the service again. After setting up an order on my phone app, I stopped when the message said I could not ship textbooks and regular books together. I thought I would wait until I had more books. I was then charged for 5 identical shipping labels (which were not received). After multiple emails I was able to get those refunded. Then I prepared an order using the computer instead for 3 books. I was charged for two identical shipping labels. After more emails was able to get one charge removed. Now I check and there are only two of my books listed for sale. What happened to book number 3? Both books are listed for $300 each...they will never sell for that.

Great solution for gated books that we cant sell. I heard a lot of great things from others and YouTube. I had some text books and a few other books I was able to send in. The only negative thing is that the book has to be worth a good amount to even be considered for sending in. Which makes sense but just hate having to go to RI then to the other buy back platforms. Otherwise happy with RI so far!

Sent a book in. They claim they didn't receive it even though tracking says they did. Very dismissive in their email comunications.
