"I ordered this over a year ago"
I ordered this over a year ago, and never received it. I got an email a few weeks ago that my order is now being processed, and still nothing has shown up. The “going out of business” sale seemed like a cheap move to push product close to expiration because all the items I did actually receive had an expiration date 3-4 months later.

I can't believe that such a GREAT product is no longer accessible. I was with LB for over 2 years and had no issues receiving my order upon closing. I can't understand why this happened besides maybe some hater who was upset with their life and had nothing else to do. No protein shake is perfect and I'm sure that if most were looked into, the ingredients have some insufficient information in them. I'm online right now hoping to one day get online and see a Ladyboss reopening sign 💔❤️💝

I ordered several items when you guys were going out of business about 4 months ago. Never received my order and cannot get ahold of ANYONE! This is NOT ok.

"SCAMMED...."
IN APRIL 2022 A CO-WORKER AND MYSELF PLACED AN ORDER FOR SEVERAL ITEMS DUE TO THE COMPANY WAS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. AS OF TODAY, 7.21.22, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER AND WE KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND REGARDING OUR ORDER. THERE IS NO PHONE # TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. WE HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS REGARDING THE ORDER AND WE JUST KEEP GETTING A RANDOM MESSAGE. THE $$ HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE ACCOUNT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY SOMEONE WHO USES AND TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ORDERED THEIR PRODUCTS THE SAME DAY WE DID AND SHE RECEIVED HER ITEMS IN MAY. WE FEEL AS THOUGH WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! WE CAN NOT GET OUR PRODUCTS OR $$ BACK BECAUSE NO ONE IS CONTACTING US AT ALL!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FROM THEM. I AM NOT WANTING TO THINK THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF THEIVES, BUT THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING...

I have purchased LadyBoss products many times over the years. Although the products taste good, the customer service is awful and rude. I am infuriated with the way things transpired during my last order. I purchased many products, spent hundreds of dollars during their liquidation sale. They had this sale because they told everyone they were going out of business, everything must go and that we would never again be able to purchase these products. It took almost 3 months for my order to arrive. They wouldnt send a confirmation email, or tracking number as promised. But what makes it all worse, is the fact that yesterday (after the last of the liquidation items were shipped out) they sent an email basically saying " guess what, we had a turn of events, we are not going out of business after all." All of us who purchased these mass orders were scammed by this company. They turned it into a money grab, took advantage of hundreds of thousands of women who believe in the LadyBoss products, all of us women who have kept them in business all these years, all of us women who struggle to make ends meet, but still bought her over priced products time and time again which made LadyBoss millions. I am disgusted with this company and I will never buy another thing from them because of this stunt they pulled to make a large amount of money in a short amount if time.

"File a chargeback or dispute to protect yourselves"
Placed an order which cost over $200 on 4/13/2022. After watching my order status for nearly a month and never changing from "processing," I filed a dispute with Paypal. After my dispute went without a response from Ladyboss, Paypal sided in my favor and I was fully refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs.
Fast forward about a week or so and I receive and email from their customer service stating they saw that I had disputed the charges and was refunded so they were cancelling my order. I inquired about the lost shipping costs and they said there was nothing they could do (shocker, right?).
It's now 6/26/2022 and for giggles I logged into my account after receiving another email regarding last chance to stock up. Guess what? The status of my order from 10 weeks ago is still "PROCESSING."

The flavor tastes nothing like vanilla cake. It tastes like ensure. When you order they automatically sign you up for reorders when when you decline the offer. DO NOT recommend.

"7 weeks later & no delivery, tracking, or help from support"
On April 28, 2022, I placed an order with Ladyboss for $60+ I ordered the original Lean product, then I ordered 2 of the mixed greens and a shirt. I paid 11.85 for shipping plus 1.99 for shipping protection and then eagerly awaited the arrival of my order. I was so excited to be able to place an order finally as I am living on a fixed income and very rarely have any extra to get anything for myself. In my order confirmation email it stated that my order was being processed, I should receive tracking info in 48 hours and that my 11.85 shipping was paying for 3-7 day flat rate shipping. There was an additional note stating they were receiving a high volume of orders and to allow 7-10 additional days for it to arrive. It also states that if you don't receive tracking info within 48 hours that you should contact support. I contacted support over and over again after not receiving any tracking info and was never responded to until I finally disputed the transaction with PayPal on May 28th a full month later. They contacted me that very same day i disputed it with PayPal saying they were sorry and it would be out soon. It is now well over 2 weeks since then and I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER! I have been beyond patient, I was soooooo excited, and now I'm just so disappointed and im out money that I could be using for my birthday dinner in a few days but it's tied up in an order it seems im never going to receive. So much for woman empowerment. I just want my order or money back at this point. This is just wrong. Also, when you create a support case, they send you an automated email saying they will give you a free item for your inconvenience but you must buy more to get the free item. What incentive do customers have to purchase more when they aren't getting their original orders? Especially when nobody ever follows up on the support cases...

Placed my order on 4/21/22 and still have not received it as of 6/16/22. Tried reaching out to customer support through email with no response. I feel scammed.
