"YOUTHFUL AND BENEFICIAL TOTALLY! "

I have been taking Selenium 220mcg with Multivitamins & Iron for at least three years, and along with Omega 3 I believe the following has had a youthful effect upon oneself. I am 54 years old and literally have no grey hair, nor am I receding at all. I have always relied on Simply Supplements, and their efficient and always on time delivery... Incorrect order number, no confirmation email, no tracking email. Told it would take another 24 hours for tracking email to be sent... order delivered 20 minutes later so rather redundant!. So, I'm left with no paperwork except delivery note... online order details Incorrect. Customer many, many years and used to be consistently 5☆. Now customer service is rubbish. Only gave 2 stars because product is still good,

Read your reply. Still waiting to hear from customer services on this matter... have contacted twice... so I see little point in contacting again!

"Probably my error"

Probably my error. I placed an order for Vitamin C 500mg thinking it would be like all my previous orders. In a GELATIN CAPSULE form. Opened the first of my seven bottle order to find that it was in a LARGE TABLET form which would be impossible for me to swallow. So I cut the first pill in half, thinking I'd try it. Had to spit it out as it began dissolving immediately and tasted NASTY! Can I exchange these and get my regular capsules?

Straight away ordered missing to be sent today. If all Companies were like this the UK would be in a better place. Thank you very much.

"So big, they make you gag! "

I purchased 2 bottles of 180 pills recently. They are SO large, we can barely swallow them, and they make us gag each time. I tried breaking them in half, which made it worse, as they got stuck in my throat each time, as they were now square, and I nearly choked. I don't know why Simply Supplements have made these pills so large. It is entirely unnecessary. They don't have to do this, and it just makes them unbearable to take. My husband has now given up, and I won't be far behind him!!
