We had issues at the pet reception (something to do with our passport) but Mo was great and patient and even helped check the microchips of our cat!

Excellent, tip-top, service from Mohammed. A very affable gentleman who clearly loves what he does and is very good at it! We found Mohammed to be punctual and exceptionally informative - for example he was very thoughtful indeed to share with us his live location on WhatsApp when he was coming to pick up our dog; he also regularly updated us with videos and photos of how our pooch was doing once he had collected him. Thoroughly recommend and deserves to do well.
