Mo was fantastic. Prompt, communicative leading up to our reservation, and incredibly efficient on the day of the journey. We traveled from Belgium all the way up to Scotland (11 hours) and the entire journey was low stress and very pleasant for us and our dog (25kg). The van has plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10.

Our driver, Mo, was very friendly, and helpful. We visited London for the first time travelling all the way from Berlin. We are 2 adults travelling with our dog, whereas it was not a complicated commute and the driver has so much experience driving, so we could feel safe. We recommend this services and if we come back to the UK, we’ll be using them again.

Mo is who you want and you can put total trust in him. He has been doing it for years and knows the lay of the land so you'll get through smooth and fast. Mo showed we could trust him right from the beginning, sending screenshots of tickets bought, and then later communicating live locations. It is nerve-wracking sometimes to book things like this, and Mo made us so calm and feel so taken care of. On our long journey some of our trains got cancelled and Mo was there to the rescue every time, going above and beyond to pick us up in unexpected locations... A lifesaver! Mo picked us up in Calais with my wife and dog to go to Folkestone - super friendly and professional, communicated clearly when there were delays at the Eurotunnel. Large comfy clean van.
Also I called around different companies who do the Calais/folkestone route with pets and his quote was the best price - would recommend and use again!
