The installer did a great job! There was difficult demo work involved and then we had Cortec Plus vinyl planking put down. Very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Floor Decor Carpet One for any flooring job.

Even through a couple of changes on our part, which required Dan to come to our house to take a second measurement, we were treated with kindness and respect. "Floors look fantastic"

They did a great job of installing and cleaning up. The floors look fantastic! I do think there needs to be better communication between sales and installers to assure the proper number of days to get the job done. The installer was great and adjusted to my needs (couldn’t be out both bathrooms for 3 days), but it would have been better if proper time had been allotted and communicated in the first place.
