I was looking for two original watch bands from Certina which I couldn’t find in any online shops. First Class Watches didn’t have them listed in their shop either. I sent them an email and they quickly responded that they would be able to order them from the manufacturer. I placed an order and a couple of weeks later I received the bands. I was very impressed with their customer service and communication! Would definitely recommend this shop and will be buying from them again!

Very happy with the service I got from First Class Watches and with my new watch at the knock down price I got it for, a lot cheaper than if I'd bought it directly from the makers site. I was kept well informed throughout the shipping process and was able to track my parcel and I received my order within 2 days. Will definitely be using FCW again in the future.
