I ordered a Radley smartwatch from First Class Watches. It was not in stock at the time and a delivery date was set of around 21st January. I received it on the 10th, much faster than anticipated, very pleased about that. Also, the watch was very good value, having purchased it in the sale and also with an extra discount for my first order. I am thrilled with the watch. It does so many things I am still learning how to use it all. Thank you First Class Watches I can highly recommend you.

Worst company ever, I made a purchase 10 October of 2024. It has been more than 4 months and still no received.
I sent mails to customer services more than 4 times. They always looking for it, still no conclusion. They do not refund either. They always telling me that “we will resolve”
How come they solve this issue?

Please do not say “sorry for inconvenience” do something useful and refund my money!
