I am normally quite nervous in new situations and after a bad experience elsewhere I was nervous at visiting another opticians. From the outset I was made to feel comfortable by the Chase Eyecare team. The ladies are so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease, you feel like you're visiting with friends rather than going for an appointment.  Mr Puri is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer and explain any questions I had during my eye examination. Louise sat down with me for a while so we could choose the best frame, which was a while with my indecisivenes, and I wasn't made to feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Chase Eyecare and have now booked my children in aslo

I have been seeing Mr Puri for some years now. He spotted a bleed in my left eye and I was able to go to New Cross to receive laser treatment which stopped it. Today I noticed some ‘floaters’ in my right eye which I was worried about. He saw me as an emergency. Fortunately there was not a problem. But my mind was put at rest. I would recommend the practice to families and friends.

I've been coming here for over a year now, the whole team are polite and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Mr puri is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble he truly wants the best for you and your eyes. He can tell a lot by your eyes. Excellent service and eye tests are thorough. Both my child come here too and they are both so happy and comfortable here.

I was seen as an emergency patients today by Mr puri and is team i would like to say they were absolutely fantasic Mr puri did not rush through anything he talks you through everything he is an amazing man i apprciate all he as done for me today and his team he is very compassionate at his job and cares for his patients with tenderness care. They answer any questions I have and I get a good experience overall. I feel comfortable and safe when getting my eyes tested. Looking at glasses is also a helpful time. I recommend to any family.

Fabulous staff, made my step daughter feel very at ease. Patient, understanding and caring. Explained the process well in a way she could understand and pleasantly surprised at how adaptive their equipment and techniques are for children.
