I was sent a damaged Sage risotto plus . At over £100 these machines are treble the cost of their competitors so I expected something special… not someone’s reject.
I sent photos, they’ve confirmed they have received the item back but are in no rush to refund me . Will never with them again 😡

"Beware, product photo is misleading..."
I ordered Villeroy & Boch Ovid red wine glasses. The photo clearly showed the V & B logo on the glass. When they arrived I found it was not etched, rather a sticker. When I raised this with the company, saying the photo was misleading, they responded that I should have been able to see a faint rectangle around the logo. Even on full magnification on my laptop I can't see this! Lovely glasses and a fast delivery but the product photo is misleading.

Ordered logs they gave their courier the wrong address asked for the order to be fulfilled but thye ignored my request and issed a refund. No apology and absolutley no customer service.

Ordered a large quantity of Le Creuset dinner ware as the price was good and they had in stock most of what we needed.
Everything arrived very quickly and was carefully and well packed. I would recommend.

Although I don't think I bought from a site named Dawsons (they maybe trade under some different names), my order was fulfilled by them and all correspondence came from dawsonsdeptstore.

Amazing service!
I ordered online on the Tuesday, goods delivered in perfect condition on Thursday. All wrapped on a pallet neatly and delivered to front door. Delivery driver from The Pallet Network friendly, helpful and rang to say when he’d be arriving.
Overall a great experience and I would certainly recommend.

"Mis selling BBQ lost me £200..."
Purchased a Weber bbq in the recent promotion to get £200 cash back. The Dawsons website displayed the offer but did not inform you that it was limited to a number of applicants. The terms of the offer were not visible via to view until the item had been despatched and a link was sent to you to look at the process. As the offer was available until September and my purchase was on 9th August - I assumed I would get the money back. The bbq was delivered - photos of the packaging barcode were submitted as per the directions to claim my cash back. I was informed that the offer was closed. I contacted Weber direct - they were not helpful. I made a formal complaint to Dawsons but had no response! I am unable to return the item as it was delivered to my terraced house on a pallet so had to be unpacked on the pavement. This is clear mis-selling and I am £200 worse off - I would not have purchased it if I had known. I will never use this store again.

Ordered a BBQ and all sorted and delivered in three days.
It had an offer for money back (3rd Party) and Dawson gave very clear guidance on how to do this effectively.
My third big order with them and always been excellent.
