"No item delivered"

I asked for more details about an item before ordering and received an answer very quickly which was encouraging. However, after ordering, the item was not delivered and there were no replies to emails asking how much longer delivery would take, and then asking for a refund. A refund was finally made but only after raising a dispute via PayPal. And before you try to pass this off as a review of the wrong company, I followed the link above to your website believing I could avoid poor service that way. I definitely ordered through your company.

"5 star service, 3 star delivery (post office)"

Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for a long delay in delivery ( about a month) however, this is a good business doing its best in difficult times. Communication throughout was excellent, and the part arrived eventually. I would definitely use again, and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I ordered a part which proved to be a bit hard to find and the first one received did not fit but returning it was easy and at no cost to me. As soon as the manufacturer was able to provide the correct one, it was sent on to me. I was informed of progress throughout.

"Had to pay for return, they sent wrong items"

I order two lots of cooker hood filters and was sent completely different filters to the picture on the website?. I also due to no fault of my own, had to pay to have them returned. I order on Amazon 205-5432098-1033930. They cost me £42.78 and I had to pay £2.75 to Hermes to have them delivered. Please everyone be warned by ordering from this company that even if it's not your fault that to return, you will have to pay. Terrible company.

"Emails ignored, still don't have item purchased"

Purchased power cord in January and was sent the wrong thing. I returned it and had to pay postage. Have been waiting for the correct item ever since. I appreciate supply delays but only one in five of my emails asking for updates are even acknowledged. I have now requested a refund and been ignored again. Food Processor going into landfill as taking up space and not usable. :-(

"Excellent company, recommended."

Excellent company. We needed a fairly small obscure part for our Dualit kettle and found what we were looking for on the website. After ordering the part I was kept up to date by Des because the part was on back order from Dualit and there was a delay.
Happily this wasn’t too long and the part is now fitted and Spares2go have a happy customer. We’ll done chaps.
