Delivery was arranged to suit us. The deal we struck was very good indeed. Sam also threw in a very generous goodwill gesture as a surprise. One of the family came to deliver the piano with the delivery team to ensure all went well. This is a family business offering a good deal, professional and very friendly service and they seem to really care to please their customers.
