Janette Heyl is the main reason I gave GoodLife Home Loans a rating of five stars. She seemed to understand, almost instinctively, that I was a strong-willed person who would resist strongly if I were pushed. So...she didn't push! She listened and responded to what I said. When I indicated I needed to "think about it", she didn't tell me "..time is short" or other such warnings. In short, she was responsive to me. Even though we had never met in person, sometimes I felt as though we had!
