From start to finish of the build of our Modular the whole team have been absolutely great. Quick responses to all questions and a seamless process throughout the design and build. We are thrilled with the overall look and we can’t wait to start using it as our home office now once decorated. Everyone that has visited the house since the build has been amazed with how it looks and how quickly the build took. We couldn’t recommend anymore so thank you!

I honestly can not recommend my modular enough - i have been raving about them to everyone i see,

I am over the moon with my garden building - it is exactly what we wanted.

The company have been incredible to deal with - if everyone operated like them i like life would be more stress free,

They have been so professional from the inital quote stage - keep you so informed so from quote stage we have know what is going to be done and when, what needs paying and when etc and the whole project was delivered as promised.
They add you to a whats app group so you can ask any questions and so they can keep you up to date.

Its been an absolute pleasure dealing with them - thank you so much for our amazing building. Cant wait for it to be kitted out inside and painted so i can get using it :-)

From start to finish the whole project was perfect from the designing and ideas process, to the images and visuals to the build itself everything was beyond professional and thorough. We couldn’t be happier with our leisure suite, all the guys that helped make this for us were brilliant, they were friendly, respectful and just great to have around. I would recommend My Modular to anyone and we can’t wait for our next project with them 😃

We have just had our 7m x 4m garden room with side storage installed by My Modular and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from initial enquiry to final stage was so easy and stress free.

We knew what we wanted and shared our vision with the team, who were able to meet expectations and fulfil all requirements, sharing some very helpful advice along the way. The team were professional, friendly and respectful of our property at all times and they went above and beyond to get the job done and ensure that we were totally satisfied.

It took little over a week from start to finish and the quality of workmanship is faultless. We haven’t had reason to use the aftercare service at this stage but I genuinely feel confident that they will rectify any issues should they arise in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble and I found the price reflected the quality of the end product but really competitive with other similar companies. An amazing team of professional builders completed my garden office from start to finish in 1 week. With ground-screw foundations, spiced oak composite cladding, bi-fold doors, all electrics and full wrap around decking, it looks so good. Thanks to everyone at My Modular.

We run a very busy cafe bistro and needed more space. So we had My Modular out to build a cold prep room. Tim came out straight away and the project began. The project team were excellent from start to finish. The whole project was faultless the time frame was set and it flowed perfectly.
