My broadband service has deteriated to the point it is unusable. They cant be reached by phone. They cant resolve it. I am trying to cancel my contract but even though I am out of contract they want me to give 30 days notice and have put my payments up. What a nightmare.

Feeling frustrated to be honest. My new business should be opening next week and am still without phone or Internet. Hours spent waiting in a phone queue on all contact numbers and sad to say when finally connected the woman I spoke to very difficult to understand due to her accent. I have received my monthly bill for July and have had no service at all.See emails on acc 4714873 have requested an engineer visit. Thanks in advance

I was unable to login to my account and the website was not being at all helpful. I rang customer services and was sent a new password by email and the man was kind enough to wait until I was able to log #in successfully before terminating the call in a courteous and professional manner.
