We had a positive experience with Lauren and Ewan from the York branch who assisted us with the sale and purchase of our house. Professional and thorough service and good support throughout - just a couple of things that could have been improved hence a 4 star review. We would have liked a little more communication towards the end of the process (as things got a little complicated with finalising the dates for exchange and completion!). And we noticed some typos in some of the paperwork (although easily corrected). But overall we were happy with the service and we would be happy to recommend RG Law and use again!
