"We are getting out of the pit and slowly getting our daughter back"

We’re about to transition to Nectar, and my daughter into Butterfly. This programme has truly opened my eyes to how much I was doing for her, thinking I was helping, but in reality, I was “killing her with kindness.” She wasn’t standing up for herself or taking responsibility, and I was inadvertently enabling that.

It’s been amazing to see her start stepping out of her comfort zone. She’s now attending one lesson a week at school, even if it’s just sitting in the class for a bit or meeting friends during break time. These are small, but significant steps, especially considering she hasn’t been in school since July.

She loves the Zoom calls and being part of the bus group—it’s helping her realise she’s not the only child who feels this way.

I’m so grateful for all the support we’ve received on this journey. Thank you for everything!

"Young Vibes"

We’ve just completed Bee, the first part of the program for parents, we have learnt so much and now have a thorough understanding of anxiety. The dynamics in the house have completely changed, we’re all more relaxed, our son is engaging and there’s fun & laughter again! The difference we have seen in our son just by the changes we have implemented are truly amazing. We’re really keen to embrace the next part of the program. Thank you Sam, Hannah and the team. The support and guidance on the zoom sessions are invaluable.

"It's been such a journey of growth for…"

It's been such a journey of growth for all of us. I've learnt so much about myself, family dynamics and why my daughter struggled. I now leave the program and hopefully onto Evergreen next to continue the support. I have been transformed from admittedly a helicopter parent who tried gentle parenting a teenager into a badass mum with big panties on to hold on strong for what was chucked back at me. Clear firm boundaries meant she felt secure and was able to stand my company enough to rebond and then completely return to herself and 100% attendance in years 10. Shes now getting her head down studying GCSE subjects. She too is now a little more badass and understands that she needs to focus on what's important for her. Thank you Sam and Davina mostly as you have picked me up a few times and set me right. Look forward to Evergreen.

It is time to stop labelling anxious kids unnecessarily and give them what they need. Love, your time and some clear boundaries and show them that mum's and dad's know how to have fun too!!

"This is life changing and counterintuitive"

This course has helped changed my mindset about anxiety. It has helped me understand my back story more and understand why I have been parenting the way I have been, which has been making things worse. It is very much a behavioral program so it will stay with me forever. Thanks for all your support from the young vibes team. You have all been a great support. I was at my wits end before I found this program so I am so forever grateful to have found you.

"A leap of faith…"

This program does require a leap of faith to get started but so glad I did. Sam is a character but everything she says resonates and makes absolute sense and has helped us focus back on our daughter’s happiness and welfare over and above the pressure of being in school/college at this point in time. The BEE section for parents is really enlightening and has helped with our understanding of anxiety and where it began and has prompted us to change how we behave, which has enabled a calmer house. Listening to other parents on the Zoom calls and the coaching that Hannah gives is very encouraging and reassuring. I believe that we are in the right place and I am hopeful and excited now to get our daughter on her journey to recovery.

"Discovery"

We have just finished Bee and looking forward to our daughter getting involved. The Bee videos explained what are daughter is going through and we are on a voyage of discovery. We look forward to continuing the journey.

"Just completed the first stages "

My daughter has suffered with anxiety for many years, she is 15 and in her final year of school. I have just completed the first section and have learnt so much already. From the start I felt a feeling of relief and calm and have been supported along the way by Hannah and the team. Within the first week I saw and felt change in my Daughter and the whole family. I now feel hopeful and positive she can recover and live her best life. And also get back into school.

"Extreme anxiety"

Our son is experiencing extremely high anxiety about every days life but especially about school. We're 4 weeks into the programme and so far it's all positive. We've learnt a lot already and are making changes where required. We're looking forward to progressing to the next stage with our son as feel very confident he will be helped.

"Get ready for change"

We joined this to help our daughter who was school refusing. This course was an massive help for my partner and I to get our life back on track and have a calmer house. The biggest challenge was making the change but like anything with enough practice it's becomes easier and habits change.

"We are back in the game! "

This program has been amazing for us and our child is now content and settled in school. It definitely requires time and dedication and makes you stop and get some awareness of your own anxiety levels too, which is never a bad thing.
The zoom sessions with Davina and Hannah are the jewel in the crown! They are amazing.
